Consult with the City of Auburn to improve treatment plant discharge compliance, to successfully defend against acitizen lawsuit related to alleged treatment plant discharge violations and consulted with the City in solving collection system problems thatwere causing pollution of urban drainage basins. Design a tertiary domestic wastewater treatment plant consisting of a drumscreen, sequencing batch reactor, filtration, ultraviolet disinfection, and sludge dewatering. Design of a microfiltration water treatment system to meet the Enhanced Long TermSurface Water Treatment Rule for Cuesta LaHonda Guild.
